Following the arrival of your exam results you may decide to change your choice of courses for the year ahead. If this is the case you can meet with Mr Fleming between 10am and 1pm on Friday 9th August and/or complete this online proforma to indicate the changes you would like to make. The link to this form is opposite.
To complete this form you must answer ALL of the questions.
Questions 5 - 9 correspond to the course options available in columns A - E from the whole school course choice sheet.
While I will do my best to accommodate every request, further meetings will be required for students who find the courses they now wish to study in session 2019-20 are full.
